The OXO Good Grips GreenSaver Produce Keeper 1.5 L will help reduce your household food waste by extending the life of your fruits and vegetables. The replaceable, enhanced carbon filter traps and absorbs ethylene gas the gas that makes your food ripen to slow the aging process. The internal basket promotes airflow and prevents rotting by elevating food and preventing it from touching the walls of the container.

The basket doubles as a colander when you’re ready to rinse and prep. The adjustable vent on the top lets you control the humidity in the Keeper, giving produce the environment it needs to stay fresh; the built-in venting guide shows you the best position for maximum freshness. OXO was born of love. Their founder Sam Farber designed the first OXO peeler for a pair of hands he loved more than his own.
