Control the taste and texture with the 5-speed variable speed dial or use the 3 Preset Recipe Programs: Ice Crush, Icy Drinks, and Smoothie. The Soft Start Feature starts the motor at a slower speed to pull food into the blade then quickly increases to the selected speed setting to avoid splatter.

3 preset recipe programs: Ice Crush, Icy Drinks and Smoothie:

• Ice crush setting: blender runs at the optimal speed. It provides bursts of pulses from 600 RPM to 1000 RPM for 30 seconds, to allow the ice to settle into different positions and then go back to chopping at high speed.
• Icy drink setting: gradually ramps up to full power to blend hard food. The blender delivers perfect ice crushing results by starting at 6000 RPM for 10 seconds, 4000 RPM for 5 seconds, 12000 RPM for 10 seconds, 16000 RPM for 5 seconds to deliver fine, ice-crush consistency.
• Smoothie setting: takes the guesswork out of blending by providing the optimal time and speed needed to make delicious tasting smoothies. The blender will automatically operate at high speed of 14000 RPM for 45 seconds to tackle tough ingredients and deliver smooth, consistent results.

BPA free tamper:

• Goes easily through the lid to help mix ingredients and provide ultimate control. For large or ultra-thick blends.
• Made out of plastic and rubber.
• Dishwasher-safe.
• Many times, there will be no need to use the tamper as the blender delivers excellent performance, but it will provide the ultimate control over the blend.
• When it comes to high-speed blending, there are instances where an air pocket is formed over the blade, causing the ingredients to bridge. The tamper allows to quickly intervene and push ingredients into the blending vortex, allowing the blend to continue to optimal consistency. Large quantities, ultra-thick blends without liquid such as nut butter, hummus and sorbet, may require more tamper interaction.
