The KitchenAid Jam Sugar Deep Fry Thermometeris a classic paddle design perfect for making candy or tracking oil temperatures for deep frying. The design has a curved stainless-steel body that hugs the cookware sides for easier stirring and more evenly heated and consistent results.
Includes an adjustable pan clip with silicone coating that securely affixes the thermometer to almost all pan types and prevents scratching.
