Emile Henry Rectangular Extra Small Baking Dish – 22cm

All kinds of recipes can be made and served in this small but generous dish: gratins, tians. Made from HR (High Resistance) ceramic, it diffuses the heat evenly throughout the cooking process and then keeps the food hot once served on the table, allowing you to appreciate the contents right to the end of the meal.

Resistant and sturdy, it can be used in the oven, under the grill, or for reheating or defrosting in the microwave. It’s small size and elegant shape makes the Emile Henry individual dish attractive when served on the table, for an individual gratin or a side dish for two. Made in France.

The special clay from Burgundy heats evenly for gentle, uniform baking and browning and will keep the contents hot for a long time after being removed from the oven. The durable glaze resists scratches and will not chip, crack or craze over time nor will it absorb odours or flavours.

Care instructions:

• Allow to cool down completely before cleaning. Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher
