Emile Henry’s Delight Braiser is perfect to create delicious recipes simmered or sauteed with unparalleled ease and versatility. Developed using the latest technological resources, the Delight Braiser is a lot lighter for a ceramic dish and compatible with all types of heat sources (including induction and the oven). It offers the advantage of healthy cooking which respects the nutritional qualities of the ingredients used.

The even heat distribution throughout the ceramic is ideal for enhancing the flavours while simmering, very gently, without burning. The dimples on the underside of the lid concentrate the evaporated juices, which fall back onto the ingredients in tiny droplets, ensuring that the recipe remains moist and full of flavour.

With generous curves, the Delight Braiser will enhance all recipes both family and exotic recipes when served directly on the table. The high-quality ceramic of Delight is naturally nonstick and easy to clean. Handmade and carefully checked in Emile Henry’s workshops in Burgundy, the Braiser is guaranteed for 5 years.

Care Instructions:

• Allow to cool down completely before cleaning. Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher
