Care Instructions:

• Hand wash only.
• Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Caution: Do not use with metal implements or clean with abrasive cleaners as this may damage the non-stick coating. Always use protective oven gloves when handling a hot roasting tin and allow tin to cool before cleaning.
• Not suitable for use with microwave ovens, grills or hobs.
• Maximum cooking temperature: 232?C (450?F), Gas Mark 8.
